zonetobe.com (hereinafter - the Platform) provides users (hereinafter - the User or Users) access to and the ability to use the following services (hereinafter - Services):

Online Event Streaming: The Platform offers the opportunity to watch audiovisual content in real-time (streaming) from various events, including, but not limited to, concerts, theatrical performances, conferences, and sports competitions. Access to online streams may be subject to specific terms and payment conditions, as indicated in the respective event offer.

Ticket Sales: The Platform provides the ability to purchase electronic tickets for various in-person events. Users can browse available events, select and purchase tickets in accordance with the terms, prices, and availability specified on the Platform. Ticket purchase and cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific event organizer and the Platform's policies.

Interactive Activities: The Platform may offer opportunities for Users to engage in various interactive activities that may be related to online streams or other events available on the Platform. Such activities may include, but are not limited to, polls, quizzes, comment sections, and other interaction options. The Platform owner reserves the right to determine and change the types and conditions of available interactive activities.

User Registration and Account Usage Terms

To fully utilize the Services offered by the Platform, Users may be required to register and create a user account. By registering on the Platform, the User confirms that the information provided is true, accurate, and current. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their registration data (such as username and password) and must not disclose them to third parties. Any action taken using the User's account will be considered an action taken by the User themselves, for which the User is fully responsible. Ticket Purchase Terms

The Platform provides Users with the ability to purchase tickets for various events available on the Platform. By purchasing tickets, the User agrees to comply with these Terms of Use, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may be set by the specific event organizer or indicated in the respective event offer on the Platform.

Ticket prices are listed on the Platform and may be changed without prior notice. All listed prices may include applicable taxes and fees, which will be accurately indicated before confirming the ticket purchase. Payment for purchased tickets is made using the payment methods available on the Platform. The User is responsible for the accuracy of payment data and ensuring payment is made.

The Platform owner acts as an intermediary in ticket sales and is not responsible for the event's execution, quality, or cancellation, unless otherwise stated. Any claims related to the event's execution or cancellation should be directed to the respective event organizer, unless the Platform's policy provides otherwise.

Prohibitions

Violation of Laws: Use the Platform or Services in any way that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, copyright, intellectual property, data protection, and consumer rights laws.

Malicious Use: Take any actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, overload its systems, access its security systems without authorization, or otherwise maliciously use the Platform or its content.

Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users' accounts, personal information, or protected areas of the Platform.

Unauthorized Use of Platform Content: Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise commercially use the Platform's content (including text, images, video, audio, and other materials) without the Platform owner's prior written consent, except where expressly permitted in these Terms of Use or other terms published on the Platform.

Harassment of Other Users: Publish, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, racist, sexually harassing, or otherwise unacceptable.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Laws

Any disputes that may arise between the User and the Platform owner regarding these Terms of Use or the use of the Platform's Services will be resolved through mutual negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the procedure established by the Republic of Latvia, unless applicable laws provide for another jurisdiction.
